Cancellation & refunds
Last updated 31 August 2026
Plans change, and kilns occasionally have opinions of their own. This is what happens in either case.
If you cancel or need to reschedule
- We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
- If you are cancelling more than 48 hours before your session, you may instead ask to move to another date. We will do our best to find a slot, but rescheduling depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund, and cannot be moved to another date.
- Rescheduling requests must be made within 30 days of the original booking date, and the originally preferred date or time may not always be available.
In short: cancel more than 48 hours before your session and you get a full refund — or you can ask to move to another date instead, if we have a slot free. Less than 48 hours, or not turning up, is not refundable and cannot be moved.
If we cancel
While we make every effort to conduct sessions as scheduled, there may be rare circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen studio-related situations, that require us to cancel a session.
In such cases, we will notify you through WhatsApp or the contact details provided at the time of booking, and you may choose between:
- A full refund of the amount paid; or
- Rescheduling your session to another available date.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused in such circumstances and appreciate your understanding.
How a refund reaches you
Refunds are returned through Razorpay to the same method you paid with. We do not hold your card details, so a refund cannot be sent anywhere else.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp or write to us, with the name the booking was made under and the date of the session. The sooner you tell us, the more we can do.
